Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Victor, United States. The ideal candidate will oversee our housekeeping staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our establishment.

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the housekeeping teamCreate and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverageConduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness standardsTrain new employees and provide ongoing guidance to all team membersManage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipmentAddress guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionallyImplement and enforce safety and sanitation policiesCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operationsPrepare and submit regular reports on housekeeping operationsContinuously seek ways to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction$20.50- $22 / hourly rate 

Qualifications2-3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory roleExperience in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality settingStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in housekeeping techniques and standardsKnowledge of cleaning products and equipmentBasic computer skills for scheduling and reportingHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Hospitality management or related certification (preferred)Understanding of hospitality industry standards and practicesKnowledge of health and safety regulationsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysPhysical stamina to perform housekeeping duties when necessaryStrong leadership and problem-solving skills
