Responsibilities

You will oversee and coordinate all housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met throughout the hotel.

We expect you to mentor and train housekeeping team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and accountability.

You shall conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain high hygiene and orderliness levels.

We expect you to manage inventory effectively, ensuring adequate supplies of cleaning materials and equipment at all times.

You shall address and resolve any guest complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

We expect you to collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and coordination for special events or peak periods.

You will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices to safeguard staff and guests.

Requirements

You must lead and inspire the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.

We expect you to conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with our quality assurance and safety protocols.

You should develop and implement training programs for housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.

You are required to manage inventory effectively, ensuring that all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-stocked and maintained.

We rely on you to coordinate daily staffing schedules and assignments to optimize productivity and service delivery.

Your role involves addressing and resolving guest complaints related to housekeeping matters swiftly and professionally.

You will collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
