Housekeeping Supervisor:
Responsibilities:· Planning and controlling housekeeping operations in the team• Planning and coordination of partner companies • Inspection of cleaned rooms and suites as well as public areas of the hotel• Ensuring quality in guest rooms and suites as well as public areas • Coordination of work orders, especially with the technical and front office departments • Manage the housekeeping office on the floors • Management and ordering of work materials, such as amenities, cleaning products, etc. • Induction and training of colleagues working in housekeeping
Requirements:• Successfully completed training• Professional experience in a comparable position in the upscale hotel industry• Highest standards of quality, cleanliness and presentation• Friendliness and intercultural competence• Flawless knowledge of English, other languages may be of benefit· Ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays· Good computer skills
