Housekeeping Supervisor - DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport
The DoubleTree Hotel Seattle Airport is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the Housekeeping Team.\n\n

The hotel is conveniently located next to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The Link Light Rail station is two blocks from our door and gets you to downtown attractions like Pike Place Market, The Space Needle, and Lumen Field within 25 minutes.  The hotel offers 850 guest rooms and over 34,000 square feet of meeting space. 

\n\nClassification:  Full Time\nShifts:  Full Availability, must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays\nThe hourly rate: $22.58 to $22.58\n\n\n

The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping and supervisory experience in a full service hotel.

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for leading, training and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nLead, train and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards\nAssess inventory of, assign for cleaning and inspect rooms\nVerify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms\nMonitor payroll reports, work schedules, lost and found program, stock rooms and carts and designated inventories\nCommunicate and coordinate with Engineering/ Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas\nPerform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties, as needed\nAssist in performance evaluations of Room Attendants and Housepersons, as needed\nRespond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\nAssist in Laundry Operations as needed\n
