Job Description

Fairmont Olympic is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. Your attention to detail, leadership abilities, and exceptional organizational skills will contribute to creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging serviceHandle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a housekeeping preferredStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesDetail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and aestheticsProficient in using housekeeping management systems or softwareAbility to handle guest concerns and resolve issues effectivelyStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredMust hold authorization to work in the USA

Physical Requirements Include:

Constant standing and walking throughout shiftFrequent lifting and carrying up to 40 lbsFrequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, liftingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
