The beautiful Hilton Arlington National Landing is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team! This beautiful, 393-room hotel is in National Landing, less than five minutes from Ronald Reagan National Airport and only three blocks to the metro for easy access to downtown DC, five miles away.

Ideal candidates for this position will have previous hotel housekeeping experience, ideally at a property of similar size and with a union housekeeping team! It would be considered an asset for a candidate to be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work both AM and PM shifts as needed, weekend availability required

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for leading, training and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nLead, train and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards\nAssess inventory of, assign for cleaning and inspect rooms\nVerify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms\nMonitor payroll reports, work schedules, lost and found program, stock rooms and carts and designated inventories\nCommunicate and coordinate with Engineering/ Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas\nPerform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties, as needed\nAssist in performance evaluations of Room Attendants and Housepersons, as needed\nRespond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\n
