 Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort  is looking to welcome a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team!

Our hotel, featuring 231 rooms, overlooks the Atlantic Ocean with direct access to the beach and the nine-mile Miami Beachwalk. Lincoln Road and Miami Beach Convention Center are within four miles.

Our ideal candidate would have prior experience in housekeeping and supervisory experience. Able to work the shifts required.

\n

Shift Pattern: Typical shifts are 10am-6:30pm or 12-8:30pm but open availability required. Must be flexible to work weekends/holidays.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for leading, training and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nLead, train and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards\nAssess inventory of, assign for cleaning and inspect rooms\nVerify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms\nMonitor payroll reports, work schedules, lost and found program, stock rooms and carts and designated inventories\nCommunicate and coordinate with Engineering/ Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas\nPerform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties, as needed\nAssist in performance evaluations of Room Attendants and Housepersons, as needed\nRespond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\n\n
