Compensation Amount:

23.50 USD HourlyControl and manage all aspects of the housekeeping function at National Park Inn to maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas. Supervise Housekeeping staff to ensure tasks are completed in safe and efficient manner.

Job Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Monitor, problem solve, and direct workers to ensure efficient and safe completion of all housekeeping tasks dailyTrain and on-board new staff on safety and proceduresCommunicate regularly and professionally with numerous people including General Manager, Location Manager, and Front Desk personnel to ensure efficient completion of rooms and smooth rotation of linens and supplies.Attend and participate in management and safety meetingsManage staff appropriately to enforce standards and minimize personnel conflictsManage cleaning supplies inventories and organization of Housekeeping storage areas.Performs such other related duties as directed or required

SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferredSix months housekeeping supervision experience required.Basic computer knowledge and ability including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel

Physical and Mental Requirements
