About the Job:
\nTeam Leader will support Guest Operations Manager under the Housekeeping Department, so that work can be done in an efficient and timely manner ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience for our Guests
\n\n
Roles and Responsibilities:
\n· Work with Guest Operations Manager by leading and supporting the Housekeeping team to ensure consistency of operating standards in every area of Housekeeping and Laundry, as identified by the hotel brand standards
\n· Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of all Housekeeping and Laundry Team Members with an emphasis on training and team work.
\n· Understand Housekeeping processes, procedures, systems and as well as available cleaning detergents, for safety of all our Team Members and Guests.
\n· Manage the flow of day-to-day operations and be hands on during high occupancy periods/ as and when required
\n· Actively work on availability and release of Rooms for Guest Service along with Floor Housekeeping Supervision.
Qualifications & Attributes:
\n· Form 5 certificate is compulsory and a relevant hospitality qualification from a recognized institution.
\n· Previous working experience in Housekeeping Supervisory position.
\n· Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
\n· Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
