A Houseman within Waldorf Astoria Kuwait effectively demonstrates the Waldorf Astoria Kuwait Service Delivery Standards through understanding, supporting, and participating in all elements. Responsible for ensuring that all guest request delivered on time an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Runner would also be required to maintain cleanliness of the pantries take receipt of stock in the pantries.

What will I be doing?

\n\nComply with all Hilton Worldwide company policies.\nComply with all Security Procedures implemented with hotel and department.\nComply with all systems and procedures as laid down by the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.\nThe management reserves the right to change/extend this statement if necessary, at any point of time during her/his employment.\nThe holder of this statement can be asked to take on other tasks in addition of the ones stated, in a reasonable framework.\nEnsure Linen is available for all departments as requested.\nEnsure quality controls are in place for all linen processes, rejecting any exceptions.\nKnows how to read and use Synergy requests.\nGuarantees job completion in a timely and efficient manner.\nDelivers assigned amenities to the guest room.\nCooperates and works with employees from all departments, in particular Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B.\nPrepares rollaway beds and baby cribs.\nCarry out stock takes as requested.\nEnsure par stocks are maintained.\nTake receipt of stock and ensure safe storage.\nManage customer service issues quickly and effectively.\nOversee the issuing of linen via a requisition system.\nEnsure team members adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations\nCarry out any other reasonable task set by the hotel management.\n
