The iconic Hilton McLean Tysons Corner is seeking a full-time Houseperson to join their housekeeping team! This beautiful, 458-room hotel is in the heart of Fairfax County's business district and is five minutes from the Metro Silver Line!

The ideal candidate for this position will have a sense of urgency, good communication skills and the physical ability to keep up with the demanding nature of the role. Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required!

Shift Pattern: candidates must be able to work both AM and PM shifts without restrictions - weekend availability required

\n

Pay Rate: $22.62 per hour

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Houseperson, you would be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nClean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms\nPerform tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays\nGreet guests in a friendly manner\nReport maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair\nStock and maintain supply rooms, as needed\nPerform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed\nDeliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, as needed\n
