BASIC FUNCTION
The Houseperson - Public Areas Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. This person must have exceptional communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. This position is fast paced with constant customer interaction and must be able to push and pull a moderate weight.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep all public areas spotless by cleaning mirrors, windows (inside and out), dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, mopping, emptying trash, and maintaining public restrooms. Including, grounds and parking. Complete task as assigned Guest Interaction: Engage with guests regularly, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met with a smile. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Physical Activity: Be prepared to push and pull moderate weights as part of your daily tasks. Assist: Laundry and other areas as needed.QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
