The Case Manager provides intensive case management, assessment, counseling, advocacy, stabilization planning for families experiencing homelessness within an adult family shelter program.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in related human service field preferredKnowledge of housing subsidies and homeless and housing issues

Pay Rate: $24.00/hr+

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
