Housing Case Manager - Domestic Violence

Unity House of Troy is looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to fill a Housing Case Manager position within the Domestic Violence program.
Responsibilities:
Advocate for the program and our clients.
Provide victim-centered and trauma-informed case management services to victims of domestic violence.
Provide support, safety planning, needs assessment and advocacy.
Provide referrals and engaging in ongoing regular interactions.
Understanding housing needs and requirements.
Complete reports and compliance activities in a timely manner.
Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Service or related field with 1 year experience preferred. Associates degree in Human Services or related field with 2 years preferred. High School Diploma and 3 years experience may be considered. Working with victims of domestic violence or a similar population preferred. Reliable transportation. Valid and clean New York State Driver License is required.
