**What You Bring to the Team:**
+ **QMHP Certification/License & Master's Degree:** Your expertise and credentials are essential for this role.
+ **Experience with Vulnerable Populations:** Your background in working with homeless populations, those with disabling conditions, or those facing chronic homelessness will be key.
+ **Compassionate Leadership:** A high degree of flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a genuine compassion for clients and staff alike.
