Job Information:  Located in Southern Ocean County, NJ Contract to Perm, paying $20 to $25 per hour Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm (some flexibility) Requires on-site work and ability to travel to other locations in New Jersey Benefits upon becoming full time: medical, vision, dental, PTO, Holiday, etc.  About our Housing Compliance Coordinator:
The overall mission of this position is to assist existing and prospective residents with understanding and complying with certain affordable housing regulations such as proof of annual income, maintenance of such files and paperwork, etc. This may include setting up appointments and meeting with our residents and those actively applying to join our community.  Our interest is to to help our residents and assure we are always audit ready.

Housing Compliance Coordinator Responsibilities: Sets-up and meets with existing tenants and prospective housing applicants to obtain needed information required under housing regulations, W2, IRs forms & fact sheets, ID's, paystubs, etc.  Reviews all paperwork for accuracy and with attention to details. Preps packets with paperwork, reviews all paperwork for accuracy and completion. Assists with basic household annual income calculations.  Maintains accurate files and documentation as required This job requires modest travel between any of our 12 properties in Ocean County (company fleet vehicle provided). Travel may require  the use of your own personal vehicle if no fleet vehicle is available. Mileage reimbursement is available should a fleet vehicle not be Becomes familiar with, uses and frequently reverences HUD 4350.3 handbook Housing Compliance Coordinator Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required, some college coursework or affordable housing training is a plus Valid New Jersey drivers license with an acceptable driving record along with proof of vehicle insurance At least one (1) year in a similar related Housing Coordinator, Property Manager or similarly related role is required Must be a highly organized and reliable person with ability to analyze data, pay close attention to detail and effectively communicate with the general public.  Excellent written and verbal communication including: internet searches, email, MS Word & Excel, Google Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity For more information call or text Amanda  at 732-228-8985 during business hours #M1
