Summary You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in the Family Housing, Housing Programs Division of NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY ANDERSEN GUAM. Responsibilities You will conduct joint resident/management inspections of quarters to evaluate appearance, structural stability, maintenance, and habitability of the units, equipment and facilities. You will determine requirements for repair resulting from other than fair wear and tear. You will make cost estimates for resident reimbursement. You will receive inquiries and/or complaints from customers. You will develop inspections, schedules, surveillance checklists, and modifications to contracts. You will estimate the labor, material, equipment, and other needs to accomplish the work identified by inspections by applying engineered performance standards. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-5 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
