Summary You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in the US Marine Corps (USMC) of MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO. Responsibilities You will plan, organize, and perform work required to ensure proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Housing Program. You will receive a variety of assignments usually related to Public Private Venture (PPV) liaison, maintenance, and termination activities. You will receive and process complaints and related investigations concerning residents to leadership. You will process requests for permanent and temporary quarters. You will conduct joint tenant-management walk throughs of quarters to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance, and habitability of the unit, furnishings, equipment and facilities. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: directing, onsite management, and administration, including planning, developing, scheduling, implementing and overall technical oversight of the installation Family Housing Services for Public Private Venture (PPV) property management functions.
