**Overview** ***** This position is contingent upon contract award ***** SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Housing Manager to provide housing services for a services contract in Doha, Qatar. **Essential Job Duties** + Operate housing services program for families and unaccompanied adults. + Supervise housing staff. + Ensure the cleanliness, serviceability, and safety of housing facilities. + Ensure unoccupied rooms are made ready for new arrivals. + Maintain key control for housing units. + Interface with custodial, safety, facility maintenance staff to support housing facilities. + Prepare reports. **Minimum Requirements** + Associate’s degree. High school diploma and 10 years of experience may be substituted. + 5 years of experience providing housing or hospitality services with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer. + 2 years of supervisory experience. + Dari or Pashto language proficiency preferred. + Proficient written and verbal communicator. + Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications. **Work Environment** + Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable. + Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions. + Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions. **Working at SOSi** All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
