Overview *** This position is contingent upon contract award *** SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Housing Manager to provide housing services for a services contract in Doha, Qatar. Essential Job Duties Operate housing services program for families and unaccompanied adults. Supervise housing staff. Ensure the cleanliness, serviceability, and safety of housing facilities. Ensure unoccupied rooms are made ready for new arrivals. Maintain key control for housing units. Interface with custodial, safety, facility maintenance staff to support housing facilities. Prepare reports. Minimum Requirements Associate’s degree. High school diploma and 10 years of experience may be substituted. 5 years of experience providing housing or hospitality services with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer. 2 years of supervisory experience. Dari or Pashto language proficiency preferred. Proficient written and verbal communicator. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications. Work Environment Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable. Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions. Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
