We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housing Program Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our housing program, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities: - Assist with the day-to-day operations of the housing program - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our residents - Respond to inquiries from residents and the general public - Schedule appointments and meetings for residents - Prepare case management notes and other documents as needed - Assist with program outreach - Perform other administrative duties as assigned - Coordination and follow-up of resident services Salary: $18.00 per hour Benefits: Free YMCA Membership Paid vacation, personal days, holidays and sick time Employee Assistance Program Requirements - 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a housing or social services setting - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working with the homeless coalition and/or homeless services a plus
