Homeless Services, Front Door NY Landlord Incentive Program
Rochester, New York [Hybrid]
FULL-TIME [Nonexempt] : 40 hours
Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI) (https://positions.paylocity.com/PositionManagement/wizard/2033539) seeks a talentedHousing Program Assistantto contribute their expertise in providing essential business services to our provider organizations and customers. TheHousing Program Assistantis responsible for providing support to the landlord incentive program and mediation program provided by CCSI. The landlord incentive program awards landlords in Monroe County for housing low-income individuals and families in the community. Additionally, the mediation program assists with conflict resolution between landlords and their residents with the goal of retention of housing and avoiding evictions. Both services are provided and managed through the frontdoorNY.org website.
CCSI is partnering with Homeless Services, Front Door NY Landlord Incentive Programto hire aHousing Program Assistant.This position is employed by CCSI and working on behalf of Homeless Services, Front Door NY Landlord Incentive Program.
In this role, you will be
+ Obtaining necessary paperwork from landlords and residents to create files and ensure program compliance.
+ Managing users and preparing special reports using FrontdoorNY.org
+ Preparing internal reports and spreadsheets required for program management
+ Organizing monthly meetings, as necessary, with local service providers and other stakeholders and ensuring necessary materials are prepared in advance; maintaining meeting minutes
+ Reviewing funding voucher documentation from partner agencies to ensure accuracy and completeness
+ Assisting with processes related to vouchering/claiming
+ Assisting in auditing accuracy on the FrontdoorNY.org website and updating the site on a regular basis.
+ Completing quarterly and annual reports for landlord incentive program and mediation program to submit to funders
+ Attending basic mediation training and assisting in the program as needed
+ Other duties as assigned.

$41,000 - $44,000 annually
