Job Title: Housing Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong architectural project management and leadership skills to work with our in-house Housing team. This person will be comfortable leading a project design team. The position requires experience in all phases of architecture and the ability to coordinate all aspects of assigned projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience managing large and/or complex Multi-family Housing project types, including both shell and interior build out.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage the housing project design team.
+ Coordinate all aspects of assigned architectural projects.
+ Oversee all phases of architecture from inception to completion.
+ Manage large and/or complex Multi-family Housing projects.
+ Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
+ Direct the firm’s resources to meet client goals.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Essential Skills
+ Extensive experience with Revit.
+ Experience in Multi-family Housing and projects.
+ Proficiency in construction document creation and construction management.
+ Exceptional project management and architectural skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Excellent people skills and proven relationship builder.
+ Great listener and communicator.
+ Ability to manage a quality process effectively.
Work Environment
The firm has 90 employees, with the housing team accounting for 50% of the firm's revenue. The role involves running the housing team as it splits from one large team into two focused groups: Housing and Multi-family Housing.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
