Hiring for June, July & August : Note that this is an ‘on call’ position without a regularly-set schedule or office location. There may be times when there are no hours available for this role and other times where a few hours/week are to be expected.

The Office of Student Services is looking for on-call graduate assistants who are based in the Monterey area, have their own transportation and can make housing visits on the behalf of incoming Fall 2025 students. Before the housing visit, GAs will be required to have a phone/zoom call with the requesting student and will be provided with a checklist that they will use to gather information about the listing to be forwarded to the requesting student.

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour + mileage reimbursement for travel paid at .67 cents per mile (Google map mileage documentation required for reimbursement)
