This covers everything, from community to the environment, to being a social employer. + **Flexibility & Freedom:** We strive to give you a balance between your work and home life, as well as the freedom to drive your career forward. + **International Opportunities:** We are a truly global, fully networked company, with locations in more than 80 countries all over the world. **Job Description** + Manage all production and personnel activities in the Houston location including Security, HSE, facilities/equipment maintenance, and direct personnel at the site + Coordinate production schedules for Industrial Hydraulics Service (IHS), work tasks and resources in order to meet customer delivery requirements efficiently. + Manage key metrics (Quality, productivity, 5S, delivery performance, OEE, and others) to improve safety, cost, quality and delivery within the facility + Monitor and appraise employees’ performance via continuous feedback. Communicate regularly with employees to review company status and departmental goals + Communicate and collaborate with other Bosch Rexroth locations + Ensure adherence to the Bosch Rexroth Quality Management System and the Environmental Policy in accordance with all current ISO and HSE standards + Ensure employee requirements are fulfilled through supplying of presentations, technical information, and product training in coordination with Bet SVI + Coordination/review of business plan development/forecasting and achievement by monitoring customer requirements, capacity and financial reports with account management + Oversee projects and investments in Facility Management and ensure legal compliance + Create a high performance culture with utilization of the target organization, employee development and coaching. + Develop, implement, and manage local customer support processes to assure IHS customer response KPI’s are achieved. + Manage local inventory processes in conjunction with Service MRP to assure IHS repair delivery, and working capital KPI’s are achieved. + Collaboration with regional sales teams and other business unit personnel residents in the facility + Perform other essential and peripheral duties as may be assigned **Qualifications** + Bachelors degree in technical field from an accredited institution (ex. CHEA) with 7 or more years of relevant operations or sales experience, or High School diploma from an accredited institution (ex. Department of Education) with 10 or more years of relevant operations or sales experience + 3+ years of management experience including direct reports. + Knowledge of hydraulics, production processes, continuous improvement concepts, and external factors influencing business performance + ERP (SAP) experience preferred. + Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, and verbal and written communication skills + Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.
