Job Description

This exciting role within the HP channel programs team focuses on driving Intel and HP marketing to and through our commercial channel partners to ensure they are kept up to date on our latest strategic initiatives and can promote HP/Intel commercial platforms effectively. You will be responsible for all Intel related execution from a channel marketing perspective. This includes supporting the team on the day-to-day execution, delivering Intel plans and demand generation activity, driving Intel messages and execution at partner events, partner communication (including newsletters, promotions and social media).

Job Tasks

Manage and lead the Channel Programme & Enablement for Intel

Plan partner/distributor HP/Intel campaign planning, develop tailored measurable marketing plans across BPS Intel platform.

Work closely with PC sales management on Intel Market Development Funds (iMDF) and Intel CCF budget strategy and planning.

Align with HP local marketing on quarterly business priorities to optimize channel engagement and planning.

Build relationships with key marketing leads within channel partners and distributors.

Manage the relationship with the Partner Services Agencies (PSAs), to include Intel briefings, QBRs, Intel branding guidance and Intel trainings.

Support the relationship with key alliance stakeholders, ensuring full channel Intel alliance budget utilization, execution and claiming.

Engage with HP Alliance Manager to coordinate, plan and execute Intel alliance funds.

Lead Intel quarterly activity planning to include webforms to generate Intel campaign references, Intel campaign budget tracking and be responsible for all HP|Intel commercial channel campaign Proof of Execution/Cost (POE/POC) claiming.

To drive the link between Category, Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment of the four P’s in marketing activity.

To lead quarterly KPI and indicator reporting to Intel.

Objectives

Deliver 100% Intel campaigns on time, on budget and on brand & communicate accordingly.

Achieve strong return on investment and publicise results in a timely fashion.

Hold regular status meetings with Intel and HP key stakeholders to review timelines, development etc.

Lead regular Partner conference calls and face to face sessions.

Deliver Intel campaigns “on brief” and in line with manager’s plan.

Ensure stakeholders are kept up to date with the right information at the right time.

Skill set required

Microsoft Office: in particular comprehensive expertise and hands-on experience in Excel, Power Point & Outlook

Editorial/Copy Writing: able to produce quality copy that’s relevant and targeted to the audience it’s intended for

Budget management: able to analyze and track financial transaction in and out of the business in conjunction with the rest of the team.

Language: Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages (Swedish/Danish/Norwegian/Finnish), both written and verbal. 

Highly organized: proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time

Organised/co-ordination: able to prioritise according to preparation requirements including synchronisation of multiple elements with the same deadlines.

Attention to Detail: awareness and application of guidelines & requirements in all activities.

Communication: timely and regular updates on activity development, results & deadlines stakeholders

Teamwork/collaboration: develop strong relationships with team in order to pool resources effectively when required; support other team member objectives, especially those that overlap with own

Creative Problem Solving: Ability to think on feet and outside the box- challenge “this is the way we’ve always done it” mentality.

LOCATION: Hybrid work setup, combining remote work and/or office-based in one of the following countries: Sweden – Solna, Denmark - Allerød. Travels within the Nordic region are when needed.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, temporary position for a minimum of 12 months, with the possibility of contract extension. You will be assigned a Concentrix employment contract and work as a consultant for our Client HP Inc.

WORKING HOURS: Weekdays, Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00
