Position Title: Indigo presses/ Printer Operator

Location: Orlando, FL

Anticipated Start Date: 11/04/2024

Expected Duration: 22 Months contract with possibility of extension

Job Type: [FULLTIME (>%3D40 HOURS WEEKLY], [CONTRACT], [ONSITE]

Pay Range: 25/hr - 29.00 /hr.

Requirements:

HP Indigo Digital Press, Printing Press

Job Description:

Participating in training to gain knowledge and expertise on Indigo digital presses technology. Minimum Vocational/Diploma/ Associate Degree (technical field) with 3-5yearsexperience fi
eld) with 3-5 years' experience.
Handle Customer-relation problems promptly and appropriately, provide guidance, escalate issues according to established procedures.
Provide mechanical and electrical support on-site.
Deliver complex high-tech mechanical services to large enterprise complex or corporate.
Deliver services to large enterprise, complex or corporate accounts.
Use proactive monitoring procedures/tools to identify problem prevention opportunities.
Experience with support of full range of Client commercial and industrial large mass volume digital printers products Possible for relocation if needed.

Knowledge/Skills:
Strong mechanical technical and communication kills and ability to improvise Strong Customer relationship skills & ability to manage complex Customer problems. Good teamwork with peers and HP personnel Demonstrate consistent, acceptable performance Schedule and participate in on-site account support meetings both internal and external
