Work with countries enterprise and channel manager for half yearly accounts and partner planning.Manage both channel and enterprise quota deployment process.Support territories/partner planning process.Manage acct list and Reseller with data manage management team.Support country adhoc reporting for both channel and enterprise GTM.Manage enterprise and channel forecasting process.Manage country level game plan and quota requirement.Analyze channel and enterprise business mix vs market and provide suggestion for area/opportunities for growth.Manage Quota deployment and sales compensation dispute.Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
Fresh graduates who have completed their studies within a year and able to start before August 2025.Good analytical skills - confident with Power BI.Experience developing positive relationships and resolving problems.Basic understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and channels.Basic understanding of HP's organization & operations, including key business rules, partner segmentation, key programs & initiatives.Basic understanding of a specific set of HP's products, software, and services.Able to communicate and work with country sales managers of identified opportunities, and overcome objections from countries.Partners effectively with other stakeholders to ensure coordinated, efficient process management.Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
