Is this you? We are seeking an Electrical Hardware Engineering Intern within HPE, High Performance Computing to join us!
You will have an exciting opportunity to learn and collaborate on hardware engineering projects with guidance from R&D experts who create innovative solutions for smart digital experiences.
How will you make your mark?
• You will work on a specific project critical to HPE
• You will design portions of engineering solutions for electrical and electronic parts, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and algorithms based on established engineering principles and following provided specifications and requirements.
• You will implement established test plans for existing designs, including validation of tolerances, form/fit/function, shock and vibration, electromagnetic interference, safety, reliability, thermal generation, and system power measurements
• You will participate as a member of a project team of other electrical hardware engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost-effective and high-quality solutions for low to moderately-complex products
• You will be mentored by a senior member of the engineering team who will help you to technically approach the use case
If you are…
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree program; 3rd Year of University completed
• Experience or understanding of electrical design tools and software packages
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of design for electronic components, integrated circuitry, and algorithms
• Understanding of thermal and electromagnetic properties of materials and managing emissions
• Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
