A week in the life of an HPC Data Storage Engineer:

Manage where data is stored Capacity planning and management, performance management, metrics reporting, storage quotas, policy enforcement, hardware management and tuning Interface with HPC users to identify potential performance improvement strategies Remotely assist a counterpart located at an alternate site as needed
