This individual will assist Empower Support Lead in evaluation of Empower reports and project setup. They will be the main point person for in-lab set up, training, and best practice sharing for all HPLC and Capillary Electrophoresis instrumentation and systems. This individual will assist the Empower Lead in development and refining of training materials as well as scheduling and executing new analyst HPLC and CE training when needed. Additional resources may need to be developed for analysts to use during instrument setup and testing.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate + Applies the highest quality standard in all areas of responsibility + Demonstrates and promotes the company vision + Demonstrates strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration + Proactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivity + Meets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration + Regular attendance and punctuality + Participates in training curriculum development and application + Communicates effectively with client staff members + Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner + Performs other duties as assigned To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.   Bachelors Degree Applicants MUST have previous experience and competency with EMPOWER SYSTEMS  (minimum of 3 years) Well experienced in High Performance Liquid Chromatography instrumentation,  Capillary Electrophoresis, and  applicable instrumentation analysis. Good oral and written communication skills, well organized and good attention to detail, familiarity with common computer programs and e-learning, strong on-the-job training skills, familiarity with QC testing expectations and able to relay that knowledge to trainees + Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
