HQ - Marketing Campaign Manager

The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for developing integrated digital campaigns, messaging, assets, and channels to drive brand awareness and increase the sales pipeline. The Marketing Campaign Manager will work closely with the Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist and report to the Director of Marketing.  


Responsibilities

Develop high-impact brand awareness and demand-generation campaigns to achieve engagement and pipeline goals.Identify target audiences and develop integrated digital campaigns that engage, educate, and convert them to sales-ready lead.sMaintain webinar calendar as part of integrated campaigns and plan, run, and moderate webinars. Execute online marketing strategies, including display, web, social media, SEM, email, etc.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality content for all buyer journey stages.  Support conference planning and logisticsEstablish KPIs, track performance, measure, analyze, and adjust campaigns based on performance.Prepare marketing reports and analyses summarizing campaign resultsUse test and measure approach to iterate and optimize campaigns


Requirements A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns Experience with leading CRM and marketing automation systems; Salesforce and Pardot preferable. Experience with ZoomInfo, GoToWebinar, and CMS a plusDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, programs, and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent collaboration skills and ability to influence team members and external agencies that don’t report to youSelf-driven with a can-do attitude
