HR | business studies internship: candidate & onboarding experience
Introduction

ASML is growing fast. Across the globe, hundreds of new colleagues are joining us every month. To accelerate the performance and growth of our company and people, we are improving the ASML candidate and onboarding experience. This internship is within the global Human Resources (HR) team of ASML.


Your assignment

During this internship, you will join the global HR team with the following responsibilities:

Supporting project managers in different project activities, for example, data analysis, topic research, focus groups and planning.

Supporting the team with ongoing activities, for example, updating existing content on onboarding and candidate experience, occasionally organizing events, meetings, or team activities.

Actively participating in meetings, providing your insights, ideas and offering different points of view.


This is a master internship for minimum 6 months, minimum 4 days per week. The start date is preferably no later than February 2025.
 

Your profile

To be a perfect fit for this assignment, you:

Are a master student in the field of HR, Business studies, or something related;

Have affiliation or experience with project management and data analysis;

Are proactive, enjoy creative thinking and you are perseverant;

Have strong English communications skills, both verbal and written.


Other requirements you need to meet

You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.

If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
