Summary: Seeking an HR Admin responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, employee onboarding, and HR support in a manufacturing setting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required; preferred in Human Resources or Business Management 3+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting Experience as an HR professional within a manufacturing setting preferred US Citizen only

Preferred Skills:

Master's degree with relevant work experience Hybrid role expertise in recruiting and HR

Responsibilities:

Manage full life-cycle recruiting for various roles Implement strong sourcing strategies to find high-caliber candidates Prepare job postings and determine recruitment strategies with hiring managers Conduct interviews using reliable selection tools Develop talent pipelines for frequently filled positions Lead Affirmative Action and Diversity initiatives Conduct employee onboarding and organize training initiatives Support employees with HR-related topics like leaves and compensation Gather and analyze data on HR metrics such as time to hire and turnover rates

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
