We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
+ Manage HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and performance reviews.
+ Assist with implementation of new software/program.
+ Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
+ Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
+ Maintain and update HR databases and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
+ Assist with the planning and execution of HR initiatives and programs, such as training and development, employee engagement, and performance management.
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
+ Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
+ 3-5 years of previous experience in HR administration.
+ Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Details:
+ Pay: $25 - $30/hr. based on related experience
+ Pay cycle – weekly | medical, dental, and vision benefits offered
+ Hybrid Schedule (2 days onsite, 3 days work from home)
+ Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm. 1 hour lunch, 37.5 hours per week)
