*Responsibilities: HR Functional Administrative* * 1) Transportation Management* Monitor and implement transport management & billing process Liaise with Operation Team & transporter for transport daily arrangement, overtime or any Hershey event To handle employee grievance on transportation issue * 2) Canteen Management* To manage the plant canteen facility To provide headcount to canteen vendor for daily operation, weekends and during overtime To update canteen vendor documentation (monthly work permit & typhoid record) To ensure hygience and cleanliness of cafeteria and its compliance with the local health department requirements. To act as canteen committee and conduct monthly audit To incharge employee fingerprint registration for meal subsidy, billing and maintenance * 3) Uniform & PPE Inventory* Managing employee uniform and PPE for new hire and Hershey employees To work with uniform vendor on the stock up for employee uniform To ensure PPE is in stock – safety shoes, earplug, bump cap, recycle, TA store, HIBE Stocks * 4) Locker Management* To oversee and manage employee locker, Flexi locker - locker no., keys, repair, audit, key missing etc To work with cleaning vendor for employee food locker cleanliness and maintenance * 5) Employee Engagement & Relations* To support the sports & recreation activities, to organize festive celebration, annual dinner or family day, to attend to employees' inquiries on HR policies & procedures, to coordinate employee pulse survey and MVOH, to set-up town hall meeting and monthly employees shopfloor communication meeting. * 6) Admin* Handling stationeries order & collection, stock records. Document Pigeon-hole - To segregate the incoming letters Courier Service – Handling of incoming and outgoing courier letter/documents Lobby Glass Cabinet – To ensure the cleanliness and properly arrange Pantry Stock – To check pantry storck and refill when there is any shortage on daily basis Co. Events & Chocolate distribution Canteen Choc Vending Machine - To top up choc at vending machine * 7) Recruitment & Onboarding* To provide assistance in driving recruitment activities or programs, to conduct HR orientation for new employees. To ensure provide all the PPE & uniforms for the new hires. * Qualification*: Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resource or its equivalent education or experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist role Related working experience in a manufacturing environment.
