HR Admin/Coordinator

Adecco is assisting a well-established client in Carlsbad, CA, in recruiting for an **HR Admin/Coordinator** . This role is responsible for providing **HR support across North America** , including **HRIS data processing (ADP Workforce Now & Oracle), employee onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and general HR coordination** . The ideal candidate is **detail-oriented, adaptable to shifting priorities, and committed to delivering excellent service** to internal teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as the main liaison for **employee benefits inquiries** , working with brokers and vendors to resolve issues.
+ Process and track **Qualifying Life Events** within the HCM system, ensuring accurate documentation.
+ Review and analyze **benefits reports** to confirm enrollment accuracy for accounting and third-party vendors.
+ Manage **HR data transactions** , including employee status changes and system updates across **Oracle and ADP** .
+ Conduct **new hire orientation** and provide a welcoming, informative onboarding experience.
+ Coordinate **pre-employment screenings** , including background checks and drug testing.
+ Handle **employment verifications** , **unemployment claims** , and other HR documentation requests.
+ Process **employee separations** , including documentation, final pay coordination, and system updates.
+ Continuously improve **HR processes** , ensuring proper documentation, formatting, and compliance.
+ Administer **Leave of Absence (LOA) requests** , including **FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and PFL** coordination.
+ Support **on-site events and engagement activities** to foster a positive company culture.
+ Provide **general HR administrative support** as needed.
**Qualifications:**
+ **2+ years of experience in HR or benefits administration.**
+ Strong **attention to detail and process-driven mindset** .
+ Ability to handle **confidential information** with professionalism.
+ Strong **organizational and multitasking** skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
+ Familiarity with **State & Federal Leave of Absence laws** and **disability coordination** (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PFL, etc.).

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
