We’re searching for an HR & Admin Officer to join our MEA team, supporting administration and human resources in our Riyadh, KSA office. This role will ensure smooth office operations, assist in HR functions, and support the MEA General Manager to drive an efficient and secure work environment.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
+ Provide administrative support to the MEA General Manager to maintain a safe and efficient Riyadh office.
+ Manage a variety of administrative duties, including travel arrangements, office logistics, and handling mail.
+ Oversee facility-related matters, reporting health and safety risks and ensuring timely execution of necessary repairs.
+ Maintain organized client and partner databases, manage diaries, and oversee event planning logistics.
+ Ensure office operations run smoothly by managing contracts and agreements, supervising administrative assistants, and maintaining office supplies.
+ Assist global HR with recruitment activities, from screening candidates to conducting reference checks.
+ Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and maintain compliance with local labor regulations through government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, and Mudad.
+ Facilitate onboarding processes, update HR systems, and maintain employee-related documentation.
+ Organize employee engagement initiatives such as celebrations, birthdays, and anniversaries.
+ Support payroll processing, exit interviews, and training and development initiatives.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
+ Experience with HRMS management and familiarity with local labor laws.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication in both Arabic and English.
+ Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
+ Experience managing government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad etc. and the Chamber of Commerce is preferred.
+ Saudi National is preferred.
