HR Admin / Payroll - Part-Time - 100% Remote
Kforce has a client that is seeking a HR Admin/Payroll Clerk for a 100% Remote role. Summary: The HR Admin/Payroll Clerk will process weekly payroll under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager and will assist in various Human Resources responsibilities. Responsibilities: * Collects and Processes employee payroll information (timesheets, punch cards, deduction authorizations, etc.) ensuring accurate and timely payment made to employees for each payroll period * Follows up with the appropriate Manager to ensure accurate payroll information * Sends out weekly hourly reports * Ensures payroll is accurate and consistent across multiple payroll software systems * Responds to payroll questions and concerns of employees, researching records and involving other resources/staff as needed * Records payroll errors and determines root cause to prevent future issues * Keeps current with HR Payroll policies and public policy changes affecting payroll rules and guidelines; Provides input to policies and procedures for payroll processing * Onboards all new hires accurately and coordinates with the hiring manager and new employee on timeline * Posts initial job search on various recruiting platforms * Completes initial screening of applicants and forwards them on to the hiring manager * Coordinates the scheduling of interviews with necessary parties * Distributes HR Dashboard metrics on a weekly basis * Performs other duties as requested Accountabilities: * Payroll accuracy * Communication with all Supervisors to ensure accurate time entry * Onboarding new associates * Payroll entry into Sage * Payroll entry upload into Paylocity
