HR Admin Specialist
**HR Coordinator** **Location:** Castle Hayne, NC **Pay:** $23.50/hour Adecco Staffing seeks a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support a client’s HR operations and contribute to their company's success. **Job Description:** As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting various HR processes, from updating Oracle HR systems to coordinating interviews and onboarding activities. You will ensure compliance with company and federal requirements while providing exceptional support to hiring managers, HR teams, and new hires. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Data Management:** Update Oracle HR with staffing and pay-related data, including internal transfers, shift assignments, and bonus values. + **Interview Coordination:** Serve as the main point of contact for on-site interviewing, handling logistics such as candidate invitations, scheduling, room reservations, and escorting candidates. + **Offer Letters & Onboarding:** Process offer letters for hourly candidates, coordinate onboarding activities with the People Operations Center, and send welcome emails with onboarding instructions. + **Requisition Review:** Screen applicant resumes for basic qualifications, manage HRLY requisition folders, and coordinate internal job postings and transfer processes. + **Orientation & Training:** Create welcome packets, book conference rooms for new hire orientation, order lunch, and coordinate various HR-related training sessions. + **Reporting & Administration:** Update and maintain the HRLY Smartsheet tracking system, manage HR reporting processes, and assist with administrative duties for Award Co with oversight of HRM. + **Access Requests:** Manage access requests for new hires and coordinate annual Aviation Holiday voting. + **Special Projects:** Assist in various special projects as required. **Qualifications:** + **Experience:** Previous experience in HR coordination or administrative roles is preferred. + **Skills:** Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and HR systems (e.g., Oracle HR, Smartsheet) is a plus. + **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. + **Compliance:** Knowledge of company and federal compliance regulations related to hiring and interviewing processes. + **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. **Additional Information:** This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology.
