HR Administrative Assistant
* Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls from a multi-line phone system
* Welcome on-site visitors and notify the appropriate personnel
* Receive, sort, and direct mail
* Manage overall organization of the office
* Assist internal customers with general inquiries, department procedures, and personnel policies
* Prepare and respond to employment verification requests
* Review invoices for proper approval
* Track inventory and process supply orders
* Review employee documentation for accuracy and required approvals
* Data entry of employee records
* Assist in maintaining accurate employee files
* Work closely with Employee Relations Manager on a daily basis to assist with general HR related inquiries
* Assist internal departments with employee document requests
* Assist with coordinating events and completing office errands as needed
* Process department reports when necessary
* Assist with special projects as needed
* Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
