Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for an **Administrative Assistant in Middletown, PA!** Pay rate: $20/hr Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a -5p Length: Twelve (12) months with the possibility of extension or conversion **For instant consideration for this role, click on Apply Now and upload your resume.** Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to: + Performs a variety of administrative functions supporting HR. + Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation. + Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations. + Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports. + May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget. Education/Certification Requirements: + High School Diploma Experience requirements: + 5+ years of related experience in HR or related field + Proficient with MS Office Suite + Strong communication skills + Ability to meet goals/deadlines Note: **This role is an onsite role, must reside in/near Middletown, PA** **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
