HR Administrative Assistant

Description

The Temporary Associate - Human Resources Assistant is responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks and maintaining efficient HR processes.

•\tMaintain employee files, including reviewing/auditing all files and ensure timely disposition and filing and uploading to Workday

•\tOrganize HR file room to better utilize space

•\tEnsure an ample supply of new hire welcome packets are printed, bound and packaged; mail to new hire when notified by Manager/HR Coordinator

•\tSupport the Talent Management team in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

•\tSupport the creation and quality review of updated new hire and hiring manager communications

•\tEnsure timely packaging and shipment

•\tSupport process of providing parking transponders for Parking Employees and Vendors

•\tTake inventory of office and kitchenette supplies for HR team; notify HR Coordinator when an order needs to be placed

•\tProvide general administrative support to the Human Resources department, including ad hoc support to HRBPs, Talent Learning & Development, and HR Operations

•\tProvide top notch HR customer service to all employees by addressing routine employee inquires and escalating questions appropriately to HR management, HRBP, Benefits, TA, L&D, Systems or Compensation teams

•\tMaintain the highest level of confidentiality in all matters and materials

•\tAs coverage is needed –

o\tSupport the HR Coordinator as needed to ensure the successful onboarding process for new members; including:

\tSending welcome emails

\tEnsure all new hires are sent new hire HR orientation invitation and IT orientation, and I-9 verification meetings

\tScheduling all new hire check-ins with HRBPs

o\tProvide administrative support throughout the termination process, including:

\tPreparing and providing exit information documents

\tScheduling exit interviews with appropriate HRBP

\tUploading termination documents to Workday

o\tSupport in the ordering of business cards

o\tCoordinate any maintenance that is needed for kitchen area

•\tAll other duties as required

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
