HR Administrative Assistant
Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant

ResponsibilitiesRespond and process a complete range of personnel actions in ADP (EV5/EV6) and Workday, including hires, rehires, terminations, transfers, and pay changes submitted through the ServiceNow ticketing system and/or shared mailbox.Coordinate with HR and Payroll when medical and dental benefits become effective to ensure corresponding payroll deductions are made.Monitor and respond to inquiries and requests submitted through the Help Desk from new hires, current, and former employees attempting to obtain access to MyADP.Assist the HR Shared Services team with rehire eligibility checks, unemployment claims, personnel file management, employment verification, and income requests.Participate in end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system rollouts and other projects as needed.Essential SkillsHigh volume data entryHRIS experience (ADP and Workday)Experience with NetSecure for password resetsFamiliarity with EV5 or EV6 (back end of ADP)1-3 years of administrative experienceProficiency in MS Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel)Strong communication skillsAbility to respond to emails and employees with a high level of professionalismTyping speed of 40 WPMExperience with ticketing systems (HRIS D ServiceNow, ITSN Service Now)Experience with filing, password resets, and employee verificationAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent training/experience3 years of related experienceGood communication, organizational, and analytical skillsWorking knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, and database softwareWork Environment

This position is 100% remote, with extremely rare onsite visits. The role operates on the 1st shift, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
