Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support the associate review process during the busy review season. This hybrid role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication skills while working across multiple offices and time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with associate performance reviews, coordinating with hiring managers, practice groups, and partners.Schedule and manage review meetings with partners, managers, and associates.Prepare and organize review packets and performance summaries.Sit in on review meetings, take notes, and draft summaries for HR.Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or professional services.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion.Polished, professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently across time zones.Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
