Keywords: #HumanResources #AdministrativeJobs Hours: M-F, 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet visitors, answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. - Set up and check in visiting vendors through iVisitor system. - Organize and schedule meetings, including ordering food and coordinating logistics. - Purchase and maintain office and safety supplies, as well as maintaining inventory levels. - Check conditions of kitchen and restrooms, restocking break areas and restrooms as necessary. - Administer Cintas for uniforms and rugs, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance. - Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting information to various systems, scanning documents, filing documents, and sorting mail. - Place information on boards for jobs, events, safety information, etc. - Update and maintain employee directory list and manage eligibility notifications for Lehigh Custom Boots. - Coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment. - Schedule interviews and assist with interview logistics. - Take photos for new hires and temporary employees. - Arrange travel accommodations for employees as needed. - Purchase supplies for the HR department, ensuring timely delivery and appropriate stock levels. - Assist with updating job descriptions and policies as directed. - Take the lead on monthly newsletters, including content creation and distribution. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus. - Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a production or office environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
