The ComEd HR Coordinator provides administrative assistance to HR leaders and supports the ComEd HR Department with office coordination and project support. Primary Duties Provides administrative support to the HR Directors, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, contract & invoice processing, and general office activities such as typing, filing and preparing presentations or documents, including confidential documents. Orders, maintains and organizes office supplies and other inventory. Builds and maintains relationships with administrative professionals across the business; collaborates to ensure business needs are met. Participates in or manages special projects as appropriate; assists in planning, executing and monitoring project timelines. Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies. Job Scope Supports a Key Manager or provides support for a department. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected with supervision. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED. At least 3 years of administrative work experience. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of PC and mainframe applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and expense/travel management applications such as Concur. Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment and discretion and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated administrative, organizing and planning skills. Demonstrated ability to conduct research, identify data requirements and create research tools. Demonstrated knowledge of corporate and business unit policies procedures and practices. Proven ability to perform effectively in a high performance culture. Demonstrated ability to build consensus, establish trust and communicate effectively (written & verbal). Demonstrated business acumen, customer awareness and ability to create value. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with confidential and sensitive materials Experience in Human Resources Benefits Annual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors:USD $50,400.00/Yr. - USD $75,600.00/Yr.
