A Day in the Life:Supporting recruitment efforts by posting and sorting job advertisements, sourcing resumes, conducting phone pre-screens, arranging interviews, sitting in on interviews, conducting reference checksAssist with new hire orientations and the complete onboarding processTrack, document, and ensure all applicable paperwork is completed for organizational changes, i.e. position transfers/promotionsAssist with employee inquiriesParticipate in the HR team’s special development projectsCompile reports as requiredAttend job fairs and school outreach programsSupport Regional HR team as needed
What You Bring: 1-3 years of experience working in the human resources field Previous experience in a construction environment is considered an asset Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Form and maintain customer relations; in person, through email, and over the phone Ability to multitask, prioritize, stay organized, and perform in a deadline-oriented environment Reliable, with strong problem-solving skills
