Our client in the Mesa, Arizona market is seeking an HR Administrator to join their team. As an HR Administrator, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the local division. The ideal candidate will have the ability to retain confidential information, be highly organized, and have previous HR experience supporting a large volume of employees.
**Job Title:** HR Administrator
**Location:** Mesa, AZ
**Pay Range:** $23/hr - $32/hr depending on experience
**What's the Job?**
+ Conduct new hire orientations and process exit data
+ Assist with coordinating new hire paperwork and new hire orientations
+ Assist managers semi-monthly with payroll-related items
+ Act as the local HRIS expert and assist in training new and current employees on ADP Workforce Now
+ Maintain employee personnel and medical files for the branch
**What's Needed?**
+ Ability to retain confidential information and superior judgment in complex and diverse situations
+ Previous experience working with databases and cloud-based computer systems
+ Experience presenting information in front of small to medium sized audiences
+ Highly organized individual
+ Exceptional and effective writing, verbal, and presentation skills
