HR Administrator

Responsibilities:Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.Handle employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and payroll.Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts and offer letters.Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.Monitor and track employee attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational regulations.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.Process payroll, benefits enrollment, and other HR-related administrative tasks.Qualifications:Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role required.Familiarity with payroll systems and benefits administration is an asset.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
